We are an NDIS Registered Provider

As an NDIS Service Provider we understand that not everybody's needs are the same, so we tailor our services to suit your individual needs and we are happy to take the time to come and visit with you in your home and answer all your questions. Our services come out of the Core Supports section of your NDIS plan.

 

The Accountable Specialised Services team are known for our patience and flexibility when it comes to our clients requirements and will always be respectful of your privacy. We abide by the Code Of Conduct and have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module and the Australian Government Infection Control Training Covid-19. We are also fully insured and have a current Police Check Certificate.

 

Code of Conduct:
In providing supports or services to people with disability, a person covered by the NDIS Code of

Conduct must:

​

  1. Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self- determination and decision-making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions.

  2. Respect the privacy of people with disability.

  3. Provide supports and services in a safe and competent manner, with care and skill.

  4. Act with integrity, honesty and transparency.

  5. Promptly take steps to raise and act on concerns about matters that may impact the quality and safety of supports and services provided to people with disability.

  6. Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to all forms of violence against and exploitation, neglect and abuse of, people with disability.

  7. Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.

 

At Accountable Specialised Services we take these responsibilities very seriously and will act on any breaches of the NDIS Code of Conduct if required. We have a ‘zero-tolerance’ policy regarding this kind of misconduct.
